This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Uvio ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when business clients ("Client", "you") use the Uvio platform ("Platform") to send notifications, events, and communications to end users. This Policy applies to the business use of the Platform through the API and uviolk dashboard.
1. Information We Collect
1.1. Client Account Information
When you register a company account, we collect: company name, contact information, business registration details, and the credentials of authorized representatives.
1.2. Usage Data
We collect data about how you use the Platform, including: API call logs, notification delivery statistics, dashboard access logs, and feature usage metrics.
1.3. Content Data
We process the content you publish through the Platform, including notifications, events, and messages, in order to deliver them to subscribed end users.
1.4. Technical Data
We automatically collect technical information such as: IP addresses, browser type, device information, and access timestamps when you interact with the Platform.
2. How We Use Information
We use the collected information to:
- Provide and maintain the Platform services
- Deliver notifications and content to subscribed end users on your behalf
- Monitor and enforce compliance with our Terms of Service
- Generate aggregated analytics and usage reports
- Improve the Platform and develop new features
- Communicate with you about your account, service updates, and support requests
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats
3. Data Sharing
3.1. We do not sell Client data to third parties.
3.2. We may share information with:
- Service providers who assist in operating the Platform (hosting, analytics, notification delivery)
- Law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by applicable law
- Third parties in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with prior notice to Clients
3.3. All service providers are bound by data processing agreements that require appropriate data protection measures.
4. Data Security
4.1. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect Client data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments.
4.2. API keys and service tokens are stored using secure hashing algorithms.
4.3. While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
5.1. We retain Client account data for the duration of the business relationship and for a reasonable period afterward as required by applicable law.
5.2. Notification delivery logs are retained for 12 months for analytics and troubleshooting purposes.
5.3. Upon account termination, Client data is deleted within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.
6. Client Obligations
6.1. The Client is responsible for ensuring that end user data processed through the Platform is handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
6.2. The Client must have a lawful basis for sending communications to end users and must respect end user subscription preferences.
6.3. The Client shall not use the Platform to collect or process sensitive personal data categories without appropriate legal basis and safeguards.
7. Client Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about your company account
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Export your data in a commonly used format
- Object to processing of your data in certain circumstances

8. International Data Transfers
8.1. Client data is primarily stored and processed within the Russian Federation.
8.2. If data is transferred outside the Russian Federation, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
9. Changes to This Policy
9.1. We may update this Policy by publishing a new version. Material changes will be communicated to Clients at least 14 days before they take effect.
9.2. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
